Living More Consciously

     I'm going to do something a bit different today. So someone tweeted this about a year ago and I just love it and wanted to share with everyone! This is a great way to keep your life and mind in check by living more consciously. I'm going to try and keep all these things in the back of my mind for the rest of my time in London!
